Any recommendation?

Hi guys, I have a question, a bit silly for some I know, but I ask it precisely because I can't find a faster method to clean myself properly before using my butt, the truth is that it takes me a long time. for at least 40 minutes, sometimes much more, my method is the conventional one, a hose connected to the shower, I let in approximately half a liter, evacuate and repeat several times, my problem is that when I finally have everything clean to play, without fear of an accident, 45 min 1 hour have passed, sometimes I stay I'm so tired that I fall asleep or start to do something else, sometimes even the desire goes away, if cleaning time was added to the full enjoyment of 2 or 3 hours, that's a lot of hours, I don't always have that much time nor the energy, any advice or recommendations?
